To verify eligibility, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID showing your full name, date of birth, and state of residence.
You may safely blur out your ID number and any other personal details. This information is used only to confirm eligibility and will never be shared or stored beyond prize verification purposes.
Participants must be 18 years or older to win prizes from non-alcoholic beverage brands, and 21 years or older for alcoholic beverage brand promotions, as outlined in the official rules.
Winners must reside in one of the states listed in the official rules. Unfortunately, if you live outside those states, you are not eligible to claim a prize.
The IRS requires us to report prizes valued at $600 or more as taxable income. An affidavit allows us to collect the information needed to complete your 1099 tax form, which will be sent to you at the end of the calendar year.
Please note that failure to complete the affidavit will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winners are notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry—typically by email or phone. Please check your spam or junk folder if you believe you’ve won but haven’t received a message.
We will never ask for payment or credit card details to claim a prize.
Prizes are typically shipped within 8–10 weeks after winner confirmation unless otherwise stated in the official rules. Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur.

Yes! Once your prize ships, you’ll receive a tracking number from the shipping company so you can monitor its delivery status.
If your address changes after you’ve been confirmed as a winner, please contact us immediately at sweepstakes_winner@optivateagency.com.
Once a prize has shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement if the package is lost.
Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted unless specified in the official rules. Any changes to a prize are at the sole discretion of the sponsoring company.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Alternate methods of entry (AMOE) are provided in the official rules for each sweepstakes.
